How do I place an order?
Order online easily by browsing product categories on
the menu, use the search box, or use the advanced search option. Place items into your cart by entering the quantity you would like and pressing the “Add
to Cart” button. If the item has a variation in the drop down list, be sure to
select the variation before adding the item to your cart. The first few items you are purchasing will be
visible at the right side of our website. To view more items, select the "more"
button under the list of items on the right side, or select "Cart" at the top of
the website. If you want to increase or decrease the quantity of an item in your cart, press the up or down arrow next to that item’s quantity
on the right side of the website. In the cart, update the quantity and
press "Update" for that particular item.
Is it safe for me to use my credit card?
Yes. It is safer to use your credit card on our site than at a physical store. Our site is equipped with Secure Socket Layer technology. If you access our site by using a secure browser such as Netscape or Internet Explorer, the personal data you send us (name, address, phone number, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted for your protection during the transmission process and can only be decoded by CES, Inc.
When you enter the shopping cart area of our website, you will see the secure lock symbol and “https” in the URL section of your browser. SSL is short for secure socket layer, a protocol developed for transmitting private documents via the Internet. SSL works by using a private key to encrypt data during transfer over the SSL connection. Both Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer support SSL and most websites use the protocol for secure credit card transactions. By convention, Web pages that require an SSL connection start with https: instead of http:.

Can I order by fax or by regular mail?
Yes. If you prefer to fax your order to us, you may fax the order form to: 1-916-580-3860. You may also order by mail: CES, Inc., Attn: Order Department, 2003 Gold Mine Way, Roseville, CA 95747. To view a printable copy of the order form,
select "Cart" at the top of the website and select "Fax or Mail Order Form".
What is your privacy policy? How do you use my information?
Small Touches DOES NOT trade, rent, or sell personal information to anyone.
We will not send you any unwanted e-mail about store promotions unless you
specifically ask us to do so. (We recommend that you voluntarily join our e-mail
program to receive coupons and special offers, which we make available only to
those who have registered for our email announcements.) You can register for our
e-mail announcements by typing in your email on the right side of our website.
In addition, "cookies" are nothing more than small pieces of data that are stored in the memory of your browser on your hard drive. "Cookies" help to identify you when you visit our site. "Cookies" allow you to place items in your shopping cart, return to continue browsing and come back to check out later. There is an option on your browser that you can set to either refuse cookies or alert you when sending a cookie.
Small Touches may use cookies at a later date for the convenience of our
customers.
I have a question about my order. How do I find out the status of my order?
Customer Service will answer questions related to your website order, product and general questions. It is helpful if you have your website order confirmation number. When you contact us, please give us your name and address including billing zip code and / or your website order confirmation number. Our express Customer Service e-mail address is

If you don't reach us, please leave us a message with your name and
telephone number. We will respond within 24 hours.
In order to expedite your email or
call, please have the order number available.
What is your return policy?
Small Touches guarantees satisfaction and we stand behind our products. You can shop our online store with complete confidence. If your selection does not meet your expectations, you may return it within
30 days for a full refund less shipping/handling. To make a return, assist us by emailing the reason for the return to
assistance@SmallTouches.com.
We will issue you a Return Authorization number (RA number). (Returns must include the RA number for processing.) Once you have the RA number, please include a copy of your invoice with your return, and carefully repack your order. Mark the invoice and the outside of the package with the RA number, insure your package, and return it within
30 days for a prompt exchange or refund of your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling fees. (Small Touches reserves the option to make an exchange or refund the purchase price.) Your package should be returned to:

Some items may have a return policy/warranty specific to that particular product (which would preclude this return policy/warranty statement). Please see individual product descriptions.
All sales are final on made-to-order items.
What are your shipping and handling policies?
Because some of our products are handcrafted, some products take longer to ship.
If a product states the availability, please understand that this is to the best
of our ability in estimated timeframe. Shipping timeframes may vary
according to stock levels. Stock changes daily and is sometimes hard to
estimate. Our standard shipping method is USPS for orders exclusively inclusive of smaller products, and
UPS for other orders. Please note that we do not necessarily ship all items together. Your items may come in separate packages and/or deliveries.
Do you ship to Canada or other foreign countries?
Yes, we do ship to Canada. Sorry, Small Touches currently does not ship to other foreign countries (Europe, Australia, Japan, etc.)
Shipping may be adjusted after checkout for shipments to Canada. We will
inform the customer if this is necessary.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
At this time, we do not offer gift-wrapping.
How do you select the products you carry in your online store?

Hand painted and/or Handcrafted items
Hand painted and/or handcrafted items may vary slightly in the design from the samples illustrated. Each artist brings an individual and personalized talent to his or her work, making these products one-of-a-kind works of art. In many cases, these products are truly one-of-a-kind collectors’ items.
Sales Tax
The law requires us to charge sales tax on orders shipped to state in which Small Touches has operations. At the current time, that includes the state of California. The tax rate for customers in California is 7.25%.
